Board Meetings
Public Meetings are typically held every other month, on the 2nd Monday, at 7:30 p.m., Hansom Road Recreation Center, unless there is a holiday conflict. In between the public meetings, monthly working sessions are conducted by conference call. Board Meetings are open to all residents.
Any changes to the schedule of meetings will be posted as soon as they are available. If you want put an issue on the agenda for discussion, please contact any member of the Board of Trustees by phone or email.
